This is one is a series of workouts designed by trainer Kathy Kaehler and demonstrated by supermodel Claudia Schiffer. This video features approximately 40 minutes of ab workouts set in beautiful Prague. There are many pauses throughout the tape for thorough instruction and Kaehler often appears in a background window to demonstrate proper form. Every part of the abs gets a workout and there is lots of repetition, along with continuous counting by Kaehler. This tape is recommended for beginners and intermediates or someone more advanced who is looking for a light abs workout.
